As a team, my group and I conducted a case study around one of the largest technological companies in the world, Microsoft. We analyzed Microsoft and how the post-pandemic market has affected over-staffing and led to layoffs. From this analysis, as a team we developed strategies for Microsoft to adopt to navigate the uncharted territory left behind from the Covid-19 pandemic.
This assignment was effective in helping each of use utilize our team-building skills and decision making to work together to provide an in-depth analysis of real world situations and develop solutions to overcome them.
