Since I started the BTAS program back in 2021, I have progressed as a professional writer and developed advanced analytical skills that have helped me excel as a customer account specialist at TQL. The coursework I completed over the past two years has provided knowledge that I used to elevate my presence as a leader and expand my role and responsibilities. In 2021 I was just in charge of operations on a single enterprise account at TQL. I am now in charge of operations, accounting, carrier procurement, equipment allocation, and reporting for multiple accounts at TQL. The knowledge I gained from coursework and my experience during this journey helped me continue to raise the bar and find new ways to bring value to my company, customers, and team members.
I have updated my previous resume to reflect these changes and provide a deeper analysis of my experience in the logistics industry as I pursue further advancement.
