Professionally, my goals are to apply my knowledge in my pursuit of higher level advancement within my company. I want to make a larger impact on my company’s operating procedures and innovate practices to elevate the company’s ability to provide a high-level of service to our customers. These strengths support this vision and equip me with the tools needed to pave this path. My curiosity will increase my drive to find new interesting ways to reinvent operations and streamline these processes in unique ways that will skyrocket efficiency. My humility and perspective will help my ability to lead by example through providing guidance to team members and letting my work set the standard and bar for everyone to strive for. Lastly, I will utilize fairness and humor to create positive communication climates for all team members to collaborate and discuss any new innovations. Academically, my goal is to pursue a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain Management. My strength in curiosity will help lead the way to exploring and learning new concepts to continue to evolve my knowledge base as I strive for higher level education and understanding to elevate my career.
