The below assignment is from mu Public Images of Organizations course where I evaluated the PR system and infrastructure of my company, TQL. I developed an action plan where TQL would implement new communication channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and AhaSlides to increase our social media presence in the community and educate our audience on the company and the logistics industry.
