Team building and decision making skills are crucial to making sure projects run effectively and team interaction is in sync. This includes creating a positive communication climate for everyone to contribute, using effective collaboration tools, and utilizing an effect team action plan.

The below artifact highlights the a project from team building where my team and I developed an action plan for the Sure to Peal Paint Company. Together we collaborated effectively and through communication channels such as Teams to develop an action plan that decreased costs and manpower for the company. This decision can make a huge impact on the company’s profit margins.

The below artifacts highlight a project I completed with my team in Applied Professional Writing. We were tasked with selecting a company car for Fifth Third Bank that was cost effective, had the best overall features, and the capacity for the company to shuttle customers. During this project we conducted several meetings over zoom to collaborate and create our presentation. We made our decision to select the 2022 Nissan Rogue as best overall due to our research on it’s features and overall functionality.
