Demonstrating leadership skills is an important part of the business world. Having the ability to take ownership of tasks and elements to help your team progress towards the end goal is crucial to successful teams. Being a strong leader also includes knowing how to forge positive communication environments for your team to collaborate.

The below is a team meeting agenda I created during our Team Building project to help develop a new action plan for the Sure to Peal Paint Company. I drafted this agenda to help our team stay on task and focused to make effective use out of our time.

The below is a one pager for a project I completed Project Management. During this assignment I created a outline for the slides we needed within the PowerPoint and lead our teams meetings to help my teammates generate ideas for their tools. The outline I drafted for our PowerPoint had allocations for every key element we needed to include and a consistent design pattern so we could tie all of our information together:
